Transliteration

yatra caṃdramasā devi samārādhya gaṇādhipam | labdhaṃ tadvāṃchitaṃ pūrvaṃ sarvakuṣṭhavināśanam

Translation

Ôi Nữ Thần, cũng tại nơi ấy, thuở xưa Thần Mặt Trăng đã chí thành phụng thờ Gaṇādhipa (Gaṇeśa) và được ban điều mong ước: diệt trừ hoàn toàn mọi chứng phong cùi.
