Transliteration

adhiṣṭhātā purasyāsya bhairavo rudrarūpadhṛk | darśe ca pūrṇimāyāṃ ca mahāpūjāṃ prakārayet

Translation

Bhairava—mang hình tướng Rudra—là vị thần hộ trì, chủ tể của thành này. Vào ngày sóc và ngày rằm, nên cử hành đại lễ thờ phụng một cách đúng pháp.
