Transliteration

dharmaśravaṇasaṃyuktaṃ kāryaṃ prekṣaṇakaṃ vibhoḥ | tato dadyāddvijātibhyastapasvibhyaśca śaktitaḥ

Translation

Nên tổ chức một nghi lễ thiêng dâng lên Đấng Tối Thượng, kèm theo việc lắng nghe Chánh pháp. Sau đó, tùy theo khả năng, hãy bố thí cho hàng nhị sinh và các bậc khổ hạnh.
