Transliteration

sarvatra devayātrāyāṃ vidhireṣa pravarttate | tīrthamabhyuddharejjīrṇaṃ mārjayetkathayetphalam

Translation

Trong mọi cuộc hành hương và rước thần, quy tắc này luôn được thực hành: hãy tu bổ một tīrtha đã cũ nát, tẩy rửa cho thanh tịnh, và công bố quả phúc (lợi ích tâm linh) của nó.
