सर्वे विषादमापन्ना बांधवाश्च परे जनाः । अशोभनमिदं वाक्यं कन्यया यत्प्रभाषितम् । इत्युक्त्वा तु गताः सर्वे जननीजनबांधवाः

Transliteration

sarve viṣādamāpannā bāṃdhavāśca pare janāḥ | aśobhanamidaṃ vākyaṃ kanyayā yatprabhāṣitam | ityuktvā tu gatāḥ sarve jananījanabāṃdhavāḥ

Translation

Tất cả thân quyến và mọi người khác đều buồn rầu, nói rằng: “Lời cô gái thốt ra thật không phải lẽ.” Nói xong, tất cả—bên ngoại và họ hàng—đều ra về.
