पितॄन्हत्वा सुमाली च तमाराधितवान्पुरा । सोऽपि मुक्तोऽभवद्देवि पापात्पितृवधोद्भवात्
pitṝnhatvā sumālī ca tamārādhitavānpurā | so'pi mukto'bhavaddevi pāpātpitṛvadhodbhavāt
Và Sumālī nữa—xưa kia đã giết các bậc tổ tiên của mình—đã chí thành thờ phụng Ngài (Śiva). Người ấy cũng, hỡi Nữ Thần, được giải thoát khỏi tội lỗi phát sinh từ việc sát hại tổ tiên.
