Transliteration

purā tapaścacārogramamarāṇāṃ pitāmahaḥ | āvirbhūtāstato vedāḥ saṣaḍaṃgapadakramāḥ

Translation

Thuở xưa, Đấng Tổ Phụ của chư thiên, Brahmā, đã tu khổ hạnh mãnh liệt. Bấy giờ các Veda hiển lộ—đầy đủ sáu bộ phụ trợ và trật tự tụng đọc cùng văn từ chuẩn định.
