Īśvara phán: Ngay tại đó, người ta nên chiêm bái vị Hộ Thần của thánh địa, bậc vô song, mang danh Kaṃkālabhairava, được Bhairava bổ nhiệm để gìn giữ vùng đất linh thiêng ấy khỏi những chúng sinh có tâm ác.
