सुतप्तेनेह तपसा यज्ञैर्वा बहुदक्षिणैः । तां गतिं न नरा यान्ति यां गताः सूर्यमाश्रिताः

Transliteration

sutapteneha tapasā yajñairvā bahudakṣiṇaiḥ | tāṃ gatiṃ na narā yānti yāṃ gatāḥ sūryamāśritāḥ

Translation

Dù tu khổ hạnh nghiêm khắc ở đời này, hay làm các tế lễ với lễ vật và thù lao dồi dào, con người vẫn không đạt được cảnh giới mà những ai nương tựa nơi Thái Dương đã đạt tới.
