Transliteration

bāṃdhaveṣu ciraṃ vāso nārīṇāṃ na yaśaskaraḥ | manorathā bāṃdhavānāṃ nāryā bhartṛgṛhe sthitiḥ

Translation

Việc người nữ ở lâu nơi nhà mẹ đẻ, giữa bà con quyến thuộc, không được xem là đem lại danh dự. Điều mong mỏi của thân quyến là nàng an trú vững vàng trong nhà chồng.
