Transliteration

yāvaṃtaḥ pṛthivīmadhye cīrṇavedavratā dvijāḥ | acīrṇavratavedā vā te'pi pūjyā dvijāḥ priye

Translation

Tất cả các Bà-la-môn ở giữa cõi đất—dù đã nghiêm trì các lời thệ và kỷ luật Veda, hay dù chưa—đều đáng được tôn kính, hỡi người yêu dấu.
