Transliteration

tato rathasthitaṃ devaṃ pūjayedgaruḍadhvajam | kārttikāṃte ca vipreṃdrā gomatyudadhisaṃgame

Translation

Bấy giờ, hãy phụng thờ Đức Chúa mang cờ Garuḍa khi Ngài đứng trên chiến xa; và vào cuối tháng Kārttika, hỡi bậc tối thượng trong hàng Bà-la-môn, hãy làm lễ ấy tại nơi hợp lưu giữa sông Gomatī và đại dương.
