यस्तत्र कुरुते श्राद्धं दक्षिणां मूर्तिमाश्रितः । पितरस्तस्य तृप्यंति यावदाभूतसंप्लवम्
yastatra kurute śrāddhaṃ dakṣiṇāṃ mūrtimāśritaḥ | pitarastasya tṛpyaṃti yāvadābhūtasaṃplavam
Ai cử hành lễ śrāddha tại đó, hướng về phương Nam, thì các Pitṛ (tổ tiên) của người ấy được mãn nguyện cho đến tận lúc vũ trụ tan hoại.
