Transliteration

pūrvottare same deśe kṛtvā vediṃ ca maṃḍapam | madhye cāṣṭadalaṃ padmaṃ gṛhyasūtraṃ prayojayet

Translation

Ở nơi bằng phẳng về phía đông bắc, hãy dựng đàn (vedi) và nhà lễ (maṇḍapa); rồi ở trung tâm bày hoa sen tám cánh, và áp dụng nghi thức theo gṛhya-sūtra làm khuôn phép.
