नाद्यापि स तृणा न्यत्ति तेनाहं शोकविक्लवा । रोद्मि व्याघ्र सुतस्नेहात्सत्येनात्मानमालभे
nādyāpi sa tṛṇā nyatti tenāhaṃ śokaviklavā | rodmi vyāghra sutasnehātsatyenātmānamālabhe
“Đến giờ nó vẫn chưa ăn cỏ; vì thế ta chìm trong sầu khổ. Ta khóc, hỡi hổ, vì tình thương con bê. Lấy chân thật làm chứng, ta xin tự ràng buộc mình (sẽ trở lại).”
