दूत उवाच । या सा सर्वगता देवी शक्तिरूपा शुचि स्मिता । श्रीमाता जगतां माता देवैराराधिता परा । तेषां तुष्टा च देवी त्वामिदं वचनमब्रवीत्
dūta uvāca | yā sā sarvagatā devī śaktirūpā śuci smitā | śrīmātā jagatāṃ mātā devairārādhitā parā | teṣāṃ tuṣṭā ca devī tvāmidaṃ vacanamabravīt
Sứ giả nói: “Vị Nữ Thần ấy—đấng hiện hữu khắp nơi, chính là Thần Lực (Śakti), thanh tịnh và mỉm cười hiền hòa—Śrīmātā, Mẹ của muôn thế giới, Đấng Tối Thượng được chư thiên tôn thờ. Hài lòng với họ, Ngài truyền lời này đến ngươi.”
