Pulastya (narrator)
Listener: (implied) the audience/king; within scene, Ambārīṣa addresses Keśava after bowing
Scene: After hearing the liberating doctrine, Ambārīṣa bows deeply to Keśava, then rises to speak—devotion and inquiry joined.
Right knowledge, once awakened, liberates; the proper response is humility—listening (śravaṇa) and reverent bowing (praṇāma).
Contextually within Arbuda-khaṇḍa, but this verse highlights inner liberation rather than a named pilgrimage spot.
A devotional act is implied: praṇāma (bowing) to the Lord after hearing sacred teaching.
