।सूत उवाच । तस्मिञ्छासति धर्मज्ञे स्वधर्मेण वसुन्धराम् । अतिसौख्यान्वितो लोकः सर्वदैव व्यजायत

Sūta thưa: Khi vị vua am tường dharma ấy cai trị cõi đất theo đúng bổn phận chính pháp của mình, muôn dân luôn hưng thịnh, tràn đầy an lạc lớn lao.
