शांडिल्युवाच । मनसापि मया ध्यातं शुभं वा यदिवाऽशुभम् । नान्यथा जायते देव विशेषात्कोपयुक्तया
śāṃḍilyuvāca | manasāpi mayā dhyātaṃ śubhaṃ vā yadivā'śubham | nānyathā jāyate deva viśeṣātkopayuktayā
Śāṇḍilya thưa: “Ôi Deva, điều ta chỉ nghĩ trong tâm—dù cát tường hay bất tường—cũng chẳng hóa khác, nhất là khi đi kèm cơn sân hận.”
