Type: tirtha
Scene: A pilgrim arriving at a sacred ford/pond precinct, the atmosphere subtly shifting from worldly fatigue to renewed delight as the tīrtha ‘grants’ the sought object.
The verse asserts tīrtha-prabhāva as granting desired outcomes, even amid worldly limitations like aging and rejection.
The unnamed ‘that tīrtha’ continues the chapter’s focus on the Rudraśīrṣa-tīrtha/kuṇḍa and its benefits.
Pilgrimage/arrival at the tīrtha (samāgamana) is the implied prescription to obtain the stated fruit (vāṃchita-phala).
