स्कन्दोऽपि तां समादाय शक्तिं तत्र पुरोत्तमे । स्थापयामास येनैव रक्तशृंगोऽभवद्दृढः
skando'pi tāṃ samādāya śaktiṃ tatra purottame | sthāpayāmāsa yenaiva raktaśṛṃgo'bhavaddṛḍhaḥ
Skanda cũng cầm lấy ngọn giáo ấy và an lập nó tại đó, trong thành trì tối thắng. Chính nhờ hành động ấy mà Raktaśṛṅga trở nên kiên cố, không thể lay chuyển.
