Transliteration

purasya tasya rakṣārthaṃ tathā tatpuravāsinām | sarveṣāṃ brāhmaṇeṃdrāṇāṃ bhaktyā bhāvitacetasām

Translation

Để hộ trì thành ấy và dân cư trong thành—đặc biệt là tất cả các bậc Brāhmaṇa tối thượng, những người có tâm được hun đúc và thanh luyện bởi lòng sùng kính—Nữ Thần được an lập nơi đó.
