तस्यां यः कुरुते श्राद्धं जलैरपि प्रभक्तितः । यावद्द्वादश वर्षाणि पितरस्तस्य तर्पिताः
tasyāṃ yaḥ kurute śrāddhaṃ jalairapi prabhaktitaḥ | yāvaddvādaśa varṣāṇi pitarastasya tarpitāḥ
Ai cử hành śrāddha vào dịp ấy, dù chỉ dâng nước thôi nhưng với lòng sùng kính chân thành, thì các tổ tiên của người ấy được thỏa mãn suốt mười hai năm.
