Transliteration

uccaiḥśravā yathā'śvānāṃ gajānāṃ śakravāhanaḥ | śreṣṭhasthānajaviprāṇāṃ tathāṣṭakulasaṃbhavaḥ

Translation

Như Uccaiḥśravā đứng đầu trong loài ngựa, và voi Airāvata—vật cưỡi của Śakra—đứng đầu trong loài voi, cũng vậy người sinh từ “aṣṭakula” là bậc tối thượng trong hàng Brāhmaṇa bản địa ưu tú.
