samāpte kutape kāle vijayī sa bhaviṣyati | kārtikyāṃ ca vyatītāyāṃ dvitīye'hni vyavasthite

Translation

Khi thời Kutapa đã mãn, người ấy sẽ đắc thắng. Và khi kỳ hành trì Kārtikī đã qua, vào ngày thứ hai đã được ấn định đúng phép—
