पंचभूतमयी देवी पंचधा या व्यवस्थिता । अर्घ्यमेनं मया दत्तं सा गृह्णातु सुरे श्वरी
paṃcabhūtamayī devī paṃcadhā yā vyavasthitā | arghyamenaṃ mayā dattaṃ sā gṛhṇātu sure śvarī
