Transliteration

mayaitadagryaṃ nirmāya brāhmaṇebhyo niveditam | puraṃ śarvā'marādhīśa śraddhāpūtena cetasā

Translation

Ôi Śarva, Chúa tể của các bậc bất tử, sau khi dựng nên nền tảng tối thượng này, ta đã hiến dâng thành đô cho các Bà-la-môn, với tâm được thanh tịnh bởi đức tin.
