वामेन मातृकं पक्षं दक्षिणेनाथ पैतृकम् । उभाभ्यामथ चात्मानं कराभ्यां मद्वचो यथा

vāmena mātṛkaṃ pakṣaṃ dakṣiṇenātha paitṛkam | ubhābhyāmatha cātmānaṃ karābhyāṃ madvaco yathā

Bằng tay trái, hãy thanh tịnh phần thuộc bên ngoại; bằng tay phải, hãy thanh tịnh phần thuộc bên nội. Rồi dùng cả hai tay mà tự thanh tịnh chính mình—đúng như lời Ta chỉ dạy.
