ततो नागाः समागम्य वासुकिप्रमुखास्तदा । तुष्टुबुर्विविधैर्वाक्यैरूचुः सुहृदयं च ते
tato nāgāḥ samāgamya vāsukipramukhāstadā | tuṣṭuburvividhairvākyairūcuḥ suhṛdayaṃ ca te
Bấy giờ các Nāga, đứng đầu là Vāsuki, cùng tụ hội nơi ấy. Hoan hỷ, họ dùng nhiều lời tán thán Suhṛdaya và ngỏ cùng chàng bằng thiện ý chân thành.
