Transliteration

baṃdhūnāṃ suhṛdāṃ caiva bhṛtyānāṃ strījanasya ca | avyakteṣvaparādheṣu cirakārī praśasyate

Translation

Đối với bà con, bạn hữu, người hầu và nữ quyến—khi lỗi lầm còn mơ hồ, chưa bộc lộ rõ—người biết chậm rãi suy xét mà hành động được khen ngợi.
