अर्जुन उवाच । योगस्वरूपमिच्छामि श्रोतुं नारद तत्त्वतः । योगं सर्वे प्रशंसंति यतः सर्वोत्तमोत्तमम्
arjuna uvāca | yogasvarūpamicchāmi śrotuṃ nārada tattvataḥ | yogaṃ sarve praśaṃsaṃti yataḥ sarvottamottamam
Arjuna thưa: “Bạch Nārada, con muốn được nghe đúng như thật về bản tánh của Yoga; vì mọi người đều tán dương Yoga là tối thượng trong mọi tối thượng.”
