प्राणायामा दश द्वौ च धारणैषा प्रकीर्त्यते । दशैता धारणाः स्थाप्य प्राप्नोत्यक्षरसाम्यताम्

prāṇāyāmā daśa dvau ca dhāraṇaiṣā prakīrtyate | daśaitā dhāraṇāḥ sthāpya prāpnotyakṣarasāmyatām

Dhāraṇā này được nói là gồm mười hai lần prāṇāyāma. Khi đã an lập vững vàng mười dhāraṇā ấy, người hành trì đạt sự đồng nhất với Đấng Bất Hoại (Akṣara).
