ईर्ष्यया सुमहद्दुःखं मोहाद्रक्तस्य जायते । मत्तस्य कुपितस्यैव रागो दोषाय केवलम्
īrṣyayā sumahadduḥkhaṃ mohādraktasya jāyate | mattasya kupitasyaiva rāgo doṣāya kevalam
Từ lòng ganh tỵ phát sinh khổ đau cực lớn cho kẻ có tâm bị mê si nhuốm màu. Với người say và kẻ giận dữ, dục ái chỉ trở thành lỗi lầm mà thôi, không gì khác.
