Transliteration

śirasyagastyamādhāya tathaiva ca puraṃdaram | udakyādarśanaṃ sparśaṃ varjyaṃ saṃbhāṣaṇaṃ tathā

Translation

Ghi nhớ Agastya và Purandara (Indra) như những bậc đáng tôn kính, người ấy nên tránh nhìn thấy phụ nữ đang hành kinh, tránh chạm vào, và cũng tránh trò chuyện trong thời kỳ kiêng cữ ấy.
