Transliteration

natvā dharāṃ praviṣṭāstā oṣadhyaḥ pīḍitāḥ prajāḥ | dudoha gāṃ pṛthurvainyaḥ sarvabhūtahitāya vai

Translation

Những dược thảo ấy, bị bức bách, cúi lạy Địa Mẫu rồi nhập vào lòng đất; dân chúng chịu khổ não. Bấy giờ Pṛthu Vainya đã “vắt sữa” Đất, quả thật vì lợi ích của muôn loài.
