Transliteration

apāṃ vṛddhikṣayo dṛṣṭaḥ pakṣayoḥ śuklakṛṣṇayoḥ | tato hemamayī bhūmirdaśakoṭyaḥ kurūdvaha

Translation

Sự dâng lên và rút xuống của nước được thấy trong nửa tháng sáng và nửa tháng tối. Vượt qua đó là một miền đất vàng ròng, trải rộng mười koṭi, hỡi bậc tráng sĩ của dòng Kuru.
