ततः कपालिनं त्यक्त्वा भवं चासुरपुंगवः । वेगेन कुपितो दैत्यो नव रुद्रानुपाद्रवत् । ममर्द चरणाघातैर्दन्तैश्चापि करेण च
tataḥ kapālinaṃ tyaktvā bhavaṃ cāsurapuṃgavaḥ | vegena kupito daityo nava rudrānupādravat | mamarda caraṇāghātairdantaiścāpi kareṇa ca
Bấy giờ, thủ lĩnh A-tu-la bỏ mặc Kapālī và Bhava, nổi giận lao vun vút đến chín vị Rudra, giày xéo họ bằng cú đá, bằng ngà, và cả bằng tay nữa.
