Transliteration

savyahaste tṛṇaughaṃ ca cchāyārthe viprasattamam | dakṣiṇe cākṣamālāṃ ca bibhrataṃ maitramārgagam

Translation

Vị Bà-la-môn tối thượng ấy cầm một bó cỏ nơi tay trái để làm bóng che, và nơi tay phải cầm akṣamālā (chuỗi hạt tụng niệm), bước đi trên con đường của tình thân thiện và lòng từ ái.
