Transliteration

pralaṃba sphigyugayutaṃ śuṣkamuṣkālpamehanam | dīrghanirmāṃsalorūkaṃ sthūlajānvasthipaṃjaram

Translation

Mông hắn trễ xuống; tinh hoàn teo quắt và dương vật nhỏ. Đùi dài mà không thịt, còn đầu gối nặng nề như một lồng xương đáng sợ.
