Skanda (deduced: Kāśīkhaṇḍa narrative, typically Skanda to Agastya)
Tirtha: Kāśī-kṣetra
Type: kshetra
Scene: A cluster of yoginīs, radiant yet subdued, stand with bowed necks and folded hands after beholding Śambhu’s auspicious manifestation; their posture conveys modesty and reverent restraint.
True encounter with Śiva (darśana) naturally produces humility, modesty, and inner pacification even in powerful beings.
The broader setting is Kāśī in the Kāśīkhaṇḍa, though this verse itself does not name a specific tīrtha.
No explicit rite is prescribed here; the emphasis is on the transformative effect of Śiva’s presence and grace.
