उच्चदेशेभवत्पूर्वं विमलो नाम बाहुजः । स प्राक्तनात्कर्मयोगाद्विमले पथ्यपि स्थितः
uccadeśebhavatpūrvaṃ vimalo nāma bāhujaḥ | sa prāktanātkarmayogādvimale pathyapi sthitaḥ
Thuở trước, tại một xứ sở cao xa, có một người thuộc dòng Bāhuja tên là Vimala. Do sức mạnh của nghiệp duyên từ đời trước, ông bị cố định trong cảnh trạng chỉ ‘thanh tịnh’ ở danh xưng, mà trái với an lành.
