Transliteration

asiṃ hyupaspṛśya punaḥpunarmuniḥ prāsādamālāḥ parito vilokayan | uvāca netre sarale prapaśyataṃ kāśīṃ yuvāṃ kvakva purī tviyaṃ bata

Translation

Chạm vào ranh giới thiêng liêng hết lần này đến lần khác, vị hiền triết nhìn quanh những dãy cung điện rồi nói: “Hỡi đôi mắt đơn sơ của ta, hãy nhìn Kāśī cho tỏ—ở đâu, ở đâu còn có thành đô nào như thế này?”
