Transliteration

sabhāvākyaṃ ca tacchrutvā tanmadhye vāḍavaḥ śuciḥ | vāgmī dakṣaḥ suśabdaśca triravaiḥ śrāvayandvijān

Translation

Nghe lời nói trong hội chúng, một Vāḍava thanh tịnh đứng giữa họ—hùng biện, khéo léo, tiếng nói rõ ràng—và truyền cáo cho các dvija nghe ba lần.
