सर्वेषां भूभृतां याञ्चा यदा व्यर्थीकृतामुना । राजानः सर्वदेशानां संरंभं चक्रिरे तदा
sarveṣāṃ bhūbhṛtāṃ yāñcā yadā vyarthīkṛtāmunā | rājānaḥ sarvadeśānāṃ saṃraṃbhaṃ cakrire tadā
