सकलं युगसाहस्रं नर्मदेयं विजानती । प्रसुप्तं देवदेवेशमुपास्ते वरवर्णिनी

sakalaṃ yugasāhasraṃ narmadeyaṃ vijānatī | prasuptaṃ devadeveśamupāste varavarṇinī

Thấu biết miền Narmadā (Narmadeya), người nữ dung sắc thù thắng ấy đã cung kính phụng thờ Đấng Chúa tể của chư thiên, đang an nghỉ sâu, suốt trọn thời lượng của một nghìn yuga.
