tatra tīrthe naraḥ snātvā saṃtarpya pitṛdevatāḥ | śrāddhaṃ yaḥ kurute tatra pitḥṇāṃ bhaktibhāvitaḥ
Tại tīrtha ấy, người nào sau khi tắm gội, lại làm lễ tarpaṇa để làm thỏa lòng các thần tổ tiên (Pitṛ), rồi với lòng sùng kính đối với Pitṛ mà cử hành śrāddha tại đó—(sẽ được ân phúc đặc biệt).
