युधिष्ठिर उवाच । स्कन्दस्य चरितं सर्वमाजन्म द्विजसत्तम । तीर्थस्य च विधिं पुण्यं कथयस्व यथार्थतः

Transliteration

yudhiṣṭhira uvāca | skandasya caritaṃ sarvamājanma dvijasattama | tīrthasya ca vidhiṃ puṇyaṃ kathayasva yathārthataḥ

Translation

Yudhiṣṭhira thưa: Bạch bậc tối thượng trong hàng dvija, xin kể cho con đúng như thật toàn bộ hạnh tích của Skanda từ khi giáng sinh, và cả nghi thức công đức (vidhi) của thánh địa tīrtha này.
