Bấy giờ, tất cả chư thiên—đứng đầu là Phạm Thiên—cúi đầu kính lễ, với đại tín tâm mà tán dương các Thánh Nữ ấy bằng muôn lời cao quý khác nhau.

Shakti Form: Pārvatī
Role: nurturing
Offering: pushpa
It highlights bhakti and humility as divine virtues: even Brahmā and the devas bow and offer stuti, showing that reverent surrender is central to grace in the Shaiva worldview.
The verse models saguna-upāsanā through praise (stuti) and namaskāra; in Shaiva practice, the same devotional attitude is directed to Śiva as Liṅga and to Śakti as inseparable from Śiva.
Daily stotra-pāṭha with bowed-head namaskāra—optionally alongside japa of the Pañcākṣarī (Om Namaḥ Śivāya)—as a simple bhakti discipline.
