Bấy giờ các vị Bà-la-môn cùng tụ hội, cung kính đến báo tin và đánh thức. Họ loan báo rằng giờ lành đã tới—một thời khắc tốt đẹp, đem niềm vui cho việc khởi hành lên đường.

The verse highlights dharmic order: learned brāhmaṇas guide devotees by announcing the proper auspicious time, showing that spiritual acts like yātrā and worship should be done with reverence, right intention, and sacred timing.
In Saguna Shiva worship, outer disciplines—proper muhurta, purity, and guided ritual—support inner bhakti; beginning a yātrā at an auspicious lagna is treated as aligning one’s action with Shiva’s grace-governed cosmic order.
It suggests beginning worship or pilgrimage at an auspicious muhurta after receiving guidance from qualified priests/elders, and setting out with devotional remembrance—such as mentally repeating the Panchakshara mantra, “Om Namaḥ Śivāya,” at the start of the yātrā.
