वह्निरुवाच । वीर्यं सोढुमशक्तोहं तव शंकर पर्वते । कैलासे न्यक्षिपं सद्यः कपोतात्मा सुदुस्सहम्

Agni nói: Ôi Śaṅkara, ta không thể chịu nổi năng lực ấy trên núi. Vì quá đỗi khó kham, ta liền mang hình chim bồ câu và lập tức thả nó xuống Kailāsa.
